Rapidly growing construction company based in Long Beach is seeking a Project Manager with experience in civil and municipal construction. The candidate must possess the skills required to manage multiple projects from start to finish, including heavy civil work such as excavation, grading, demolition, concrete, and asphalt work.

Must meet the following requirements:

1. Sales, estimating, planning, performing work, and project closeouts
2. Develop and maintain professional relationships with owners, subcontractors, and on-site crew
3. Maintain accurate and organized documentation such as contracts, cost reports, change orders, etc.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
5. Understanding of construction procedures and project/material management principles
6. Intermediate accounting knowledge with an emphasis on accuracy
7. Commitment to safe project completion, staying within budget and schedule

Pay: $75,000 - $110,000 per year
