About the Role

As Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading the creative vision and execution of marketing and product initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, product, UX, and other key stakeholders to develop innovative campaigns, compelling brand storytelling, and engaging product experiences. You will oversee a team of designers, copywriters, and creative professionals to bring strategic ideas to life, ensuring brand consistency and market impact.

Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership & Strategy:
  • Develop and implement creative strategies that align with marketing and product goals.
  • Lead and inspire a creative team to deliver innovative, high-quality work across multiple platforms.
  • Ensure all creative work adheres to brand guidelines while pushing the boundaries of design and storytelling.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns that drive engagement and sales.\

Marketing :
  • Oversee the Brand expression of marketing platforms
  • Work closely with the marketing team to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to refine creative strategies and optimize results.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative.
Product & User Experience Support:
  • Partner with product teams to enhance the user experience through effective visual design and messaging.
  • Provide creative input on product packaging, UI/UX elements, and promotional materials.
  • Help define the brand's voice and positioning within the product ecosystem.

Team Leadership & Development:
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of designers, copywriters, and creative professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and inspiring work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in a marketing or product-driven environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, advertising, and product-related creative work.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design and content development tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines effectively.
  • Analytical skills to assess campaign effectiveness and iterate on creative direction.
  • Experience leading and developing creative teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in e-commerce, technology, or consumer goods industries.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, video production, and emerging digital trends.
  • Understanding of UX/UI design principles and product development processes.
