About The Team As a member of the lululemon Talent Activation team, the Director, Executive Talent Management role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute your experience and passion for all things talent in a dynamic, fast-growing, and global business. This role will report into the Sr. Director, Talent Activation and be part of a broader team of talent activation professionals supporting development and implementation of talent activation programs and initiatives. This role is responsible for executive talent management strategy and all cyclical operations to support this program space. Specifically, this individual contributor role will be responsible for working with cross-functional partners in People & Culture to create strategies to hire, develop, and retain high performing executive talent. The role focuses on identifying leadership strengths and development areas (e.g. experience, education, exposure), understanding individual development plans needed to cultivate leadership skills, and routinely assessing current and future-state executive skill needs. The role advises on strategies for executive development such as rotational opportunities, upskilling experiences, and education. The role manages strategic executive talent decision making mechanisms such as talent review sessions, executive succession planning, executive promotions, and performance assessment.
