Export Documentation Specialist – CaroTrans, Charleston

CaroTrans Charleston is seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and organized individual to join our team as an Export Documentation Specialist .

Key Responsibilities:

• Timely and accurate data entry of export documentation into the system
• Preparing and providing customers with Bill of Lading (BL) drafts and releasing final documents accordingly
• Confirming cargo on board with carriers
• Reviewing and releasing carrier’s Master Bill of Lading (MBL)
• Communicating and coordinating with overseas agents
• Managing shipment delays, handling changes, and resolving issues under tight deadlines
• Ensuring accurate and complete billing of services
