Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
Salary: $22 - $27 per hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our vibrant team. As an Events Assistant, you’ll support the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact events that reflect our clients' brand identities. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring each event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and organization of promotional events, brand activations, and product launches

• Coordinate event logistics including venue setup, materials, and vendor communication

• Support onsite event execution and provide assistance to event managers as needed

• Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes

• Help with post-event reporting and feedback collection

• Ensure brand consistency in all event-related activities

• Manage inventory of promotional materials and event supplies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Energetic, proactive, and able to work well in a team-oriented environment

• Basic understanding of marketing principles and event planning

• Flexible and willing to travel or work evenings if needed for event execution
