Job Title: Junior Data Analyst

Location: Hybrid (possible onsite work in Alexandria, VA)

Type: Full-Time

Summary

We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to support data entry, cleaning, and validation tasks related to cost-of-living research. Working under the guidance of a Senior Analyst, the Junior Analyst will help ensure data accuracy and consistency for reporting and dashboarding.

Candidates must be able to pass a T1 background check for consideration.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Perform data entry, formatting, and integrity checks.

• Assist with data collection, preparation, and basic analysis.

• Maintain data logs and file structures in alignment with quality standards.

• Generate summary tables and assist with report formatting.

• Support data-related deliverables and quality assurance efforts.

Qualifications- Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities :

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, economics, or related field

• Experience : 1-3 years of experience in data analytics or economics

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with basic statistical tools.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow established data procedures.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Candidates must be a US Citizen and be able to pass a T1 background check for consideration.
