Are you ready to take command in the world of grinding operations? Your main stage awaits in our busy grinding room. With a multitude of responsibilities, you’ll hone your skills operating grinders, forklifts, and all department equipment.

Your Day Includes:

• Safely operating various grinders, ensuring optimal condition and identifying hazards like wheel cracks before use.
• Understanding and differentiating between material grades while preventing contamination during processing.
• Accurately tagging all regrind boxes to facilitate smooth processing.
• Completing end-of-shift reports with precision, detailing crew, machine hours, and production numbers.
• Diagnosing and fixing defects by adjusting machine settings, ensuring a quality product line.
• Handling materials with finesse using forklifts and ensuring transportation to designated areas safely.
• Applying your problem-solving skills to tackles operational hiccups head-on.
• Changing grinder wheels and bits as needed to keep everything running smoothly.

Join Us If You Have:

• A year or more of experience in fast-moving production with some mechanical insights into industrial systems.
• Certification to operate forklifts and a background that shows two years of logistic forklift experience.
• A nimble mechanical mind and adept problem-solving coupled with effective communication skills.
• The endurance to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting for up to 12-hour shifts.
