About the Position

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer & Chief Counsel, the Regulatory Compliance Analyst will support the LR&C function on U.S. (re)insurance regulatory filings, research, and related projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Assistant Compliance Managers with the preparation and timely submission of U.S. (re)insurance regulatory filings, including but not limited to quarterly statutory filings, licensing/authorizations, annual renewals, and data calls.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to process payments associated with regulatory filings.
• Help maintain various regulatory trackers and management systems, such as Appian and Microsoft Teams Planners.
• Conduct research on (re)insurance regulatory and legal matters as needed.
• Support the filing and organization of business records.
• Contribute to special projects within the LR&C function.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of paralegal or similar professional experience is a plus.
• Prior experience in (re)insurance regulatory matters at a company or law firm is advantageous but not required.
• Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Willingness and ability to engage with technology-based solutions to support business processes.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated high ethical standards and professional integrity.
