No refunds are provided for delivered ad hoc services
Subscription users: You may terminate your subscription during its term provided the following:
• We receive 30 days’ notice from date of termination
• All services due or owed are paid for in full before the termination is effective
For system/software issues, or other matters resulting in the inability to provide requested content please report this to our Client Services team who will investigate the matter. If resolution cannot be provided within seven business days, you are eligible for either pro-rated or full reimbursement within 14 business days of your purchase. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
